Q1: Does the color come off?

Ans: No it does not. We use Chinese coated mugs for longevity and overall quality of the printing. Colors usually come off if they are printed on Bangla mugs.

Q2: Any special instruction for the design file?

Ans: If there is any black color and you want it to be jet black, please make it 100% in K (CMYK)

Q3: What should be the design file format?

Ans: Ideally, we prefer EPS or ai format for the design file. However, PNG without any background is also acceptable.

Q4: What should be the resolution?

Ans: 100 pixels or 300 dpi is ideal for printing. Make sure it does not get pixelated when zoomed.

Q5: How long does it take to deliver?

Ans: Typically it takes about 2-3 business days to be delivered.
